Default 2005 F350 6.0 identify leak

Hi

Im new to the F350 diesel truck.

Can someone help me identify what these hoses are for? I think its leaking transmission fluid...its oily and red. There are two hoses running down the back of the radiator on the passenger side of the truck.

Its not leaking from the 90 degree bend...it seems to be leaking higher up and running down the plastic covering that is protecting the hoses.

Thanks.

Usually red would tell us trans fluid, but if someone put trans fluid into the power steering reservoir , it could also show red.
