2005 Ford F-250 6.0

I just replaced the injector harness on my 2005 Ford F-250; injector 8 had a frayed wire and would not operate correctly. After replacing harness, my truck still sounds like it is missing, and you can tell by the noise it is making, especially when out in drive. The only code that comes up now is PO275 for injector number 5. I?ve never had that code come up before, only for injector 8. Did I possibly connect the FICM connectors wrong, or is there something else wrong? I double checked the connections for injector 5 and on the harness but nothing looks to be damaged.
