Power windows and radio no worky. Have Hanyes 36060 which is as worthless as teats on a boar. Would like to find GOOD wiring diagrams.

Welcome to the site..

You’ve checked all the circuit protection? The Accessory delay relay was a common cause for the PW/Radio to drop out . If the fuses check out, you might swap out the relay and see if power distribution is corrected. I can send you the relay connector view in the CJB and you can test for function voltages, control ground etc at the relays connector face.. Schematics are available as well, but the way the system works is the Battery Saver relay feeds voltage into the Delay relay to close its internal contacts and provide voltages to the PW/Audio. Grounding (relay control) of the delay relays solenoid side to close the relay is controlled by a micro processor internal the instrument cluster.

Thanks for the info. Checked all fuses, swapped out the delay relay with a known good relay(starter). Checked circuit breaker. Starting to think this is a little above my shade tree mech pay grade. Any other suggestion would be appreciated

Have not tested for voltage and ground at relay.

On my 2006, all I have to do is to turn on the headlights and the PW/radio functions are restored. In my case it is the power saver relay as mentioned above. I can't justify an Instrument Cluster repair with such an easy fix (albeit a temporary one).

If your up to some testing,, I can send you the relay connector info. It would prove out the battery saver input, switched, and load fuse power distributions.Ground commanded as well. If any are missing, it would point in a direction to go...

After receiving and printing the diagrams, rechecked the fuses and found #42 (1 I hadn't checked before ) blown. Replaced it and all worked. took about 15mins. This shows, even an OLD shade tree mech can fix it if he has the right diagrams. Thank You for your help.
