ok i found my leak without pressure tester, it was running as i was checking things out, and under the return bottle the big hose underneath it was leaking thru the clamp because of the pressure and all my water was evaporating under it, can any one tell me what that part is called it seems it is a plastic Y piece with the rubber hose factory attached. as i was adding coolant it was leaking soon as it cooled down it stopped so it was doing it only under pressure, so im not sure that is my whole problem but once its fixed ill recheck and recheck everything again for leaks, and im going to change the cap to i thought i could see some steam from around it.
