Hello, new to this forum and would like to thank you in advance for your help. My F350 is pretty much dead in the water. Love this truck. Was on my way to Georgia for a hog hunt last year and on the way down from Maryland lost power and went into limp mode and "wrench" icon appeared the instrument panel. Got off an exit, turned the truck off, disconnected reconnected the negative battery cable, started back up and continued the trip with no problems. Talked to my mechanic, said it pointed to the throttle body. Did not have the problem again for about 6 months. My mechanic tried a couple of throttle bodies and none worked. Put the old TB back on and truck ran. Happened again this week and found out that the parts guy was send the wrong TB to my mechanic. Now, I find out that the part is not available. The part # AL3Z9E926A is not available anywhere. Some dealers have recommended the FR3Z9E926A but that is for 2015 and up. This is the TB that was sent to my mechanic and did not work. So, any ideas on locating this part, called multiple dealers, called Ford Motors, ebay, amazon, etc, or can I get my current TB refurbed. Thanks again in advance.
