Default 2016 F250 Death Wobble

First post here, just looking for an idea.
Long story short - I have a 2016 Ford F250 with the death wobble basically anytime you hit a series of bumps at ~75 mph on the interstate.

It has been to the Dealership 4x for it, most recently and currently since Sunday 11/26.
I have made 2 videos of the wobble, the Service Tech at the Dealership was able to also do it once.
The Dealership says they have no answers other than me buying new tires for it - because my Cooper AT3 tires are 1 size larger than what came on the truck.
I have a case number with Customer Care.
I escalated the case to a regional Customer Care Manager (who is a complete waste of time to talk to).

I don't doubt that new tires could make the problem as it is today go away.
I do doubt that you could put my tires/wheels on a second truck and duplicate the issue.
I have zero confidence that the problem would not reoccur a month or year from now - likely when out of warranty.

The truck is a 2016, still under warranty, has ~26k miles on it.
I do not want to purchase aftermarket parts for the truck, because I know Ford would then not honor any warranty issue with the suspension.
As many times as the truck has went into the shake (8 - I think with me) there has to be some type of long term damage.

I work for a tier 1 parts supplier and bought the truck new.
Ford makes us jump through hoops if we have an issue, part of the reason I felt comfortable buying a new Ford.
I am SO disappointed in Ford.
Any advice?

Default F250

No lift.
Just something like 275 or 70 tires instead of the 265 or 65, that came on it - the "over sized aftermarket tires, as they are referred to by Ford and the dealership..... that can be balanced and have enough tread to pass state inspection.

At any point has anyone checked alignment specs?

Toe, caster, can all contribute to wobble, as would worn parts but given it mileage probably a non issue but worth a look see.
How much weight was added to the tires to bring them into balance? Usually it’s something that triggers the wobble.
I’d think that the alignment would have been checked, and a thrust or 4 wheel to be sure the truck is tracking straight. Could be a tire issue, or a combinations of triggers, but the oversized increase isn’t radical.

The dealership tells me everything is tight, so I can only go on their word, which unfortunately I would not put a lot of faith in.
Today they are supposed to put different (OEM Specified) tires on it and try it out again.
I suspect I will get an update that the new tires made the problem go away for the 5 miles that they put on the truck.
I suspect they will also say that they did not try my tires on a different truck - because if they did they would then have to say the tires did not create an issue on the second truck.
So the Dealership will basically prove that different tires will at least for now band aide the problem I am having - case closed.

During Thanksgiving week (Tuesday), I hit a big hole and the front end was out of alignment.
The trigger for the wobble became much worse immediately after that.
I took the truck to the shop on a Thanksgiving night, they did an alignment on black Friday.
I picked the truck up that night and it wobbled twice on the interstate over a 5 mile stretch on the way to my home.
Saturday morning I took it to a tire shop to have them balance and rotate the tires, so if the front tire that hit the hole has damaged, it would be in the rear.

Saturday afternoon, I made 2 videos of the wobble after the balance and alignment.
Sunday night the 26th of Nov. I dropped the truck off at the shop, it has been there since that time.

I do not know enough about the mechanics of the truck to say for sure what they have and have not checked.

we have some experience in our shop dealing with death wobbles on chevy, dodge , and ford.
chevy can be stopped by installing dual stabilizers.
dodge can be stopped with a steering box brace kit.
ford we have been successful in stopping the death wobble by replacing the front springs with the springs for the diesel-engine equipped version. i dont know what engine you have, but this is what we did that worked. on this issue, evidently spring rate has something to do with it. hope this helps....

Default Fixed for now

Dealership installed heavy duty Rancho shocks and replaced the front (damping?) shock.

I added new wheels and tires 35s, which I was doing to do anyway.

The issue has not reoccured.
I would not say it it fixed.

I work for a tier 1 supplier to Ford, get a discount and will not buy another Ford. 12 months ago, I would have been in a Ford Quality commercial if asked.

Ford stood behind their product/warranty 0.
And don't get me started on their 5 year corrosion warranty.
it is covered alright, if they want to cover it. If not, too bad.

I am done with Ford.
