Default 2020 F-350 Brake Question

I was wondering if anyone has noticed if their truck's front brakes lock up in snow or ice when the truck has sat overnight or for hours and the front brakes lock up either going forward or in reverse? Don't know if the front brakes are locking up or the rear are not applying enough pressure. After driving for a short period the brakes work fine. Service manager from local Ford dealership thought I was exaggerating until he drove out to where I was working and saw/ felt it himself. It is dangerous to pull out of my garage or parking stall on an incline and I am not going to have to put in 4 wheel drive to get out of the garage. I have ended up almost sideways in my driveway a few times.
