It has been over 8 months since we placed our order. We have NOT received any correspondence from Ford since then. Is anyone getting updates on their orders?

 

Not Ford, but my wife ordered a new KIA Sorento about 6 months ago,, no update, no calls, nothing so far.

 

Have you received and order confirmation Email from Ford? If not, you dealer messed up and never ordered it. I have a 2022 F350 King Ranch on order - been 2 months. I got the Ford order confirmation about 2 weeks after watching the dealer enter it into the system. Nothing sense then. BTW - not to be picky, but are you sure its 8 months. That means you ordered in April and the 2022 order bank was not open then if my memory is correct. Time fly's for me too. BTW did you have adaptive cruse in your order - I know there has been a big delay on its availability, Check with you dealer - if it is truly ordered they will have tracking information and can check if it is delayed due to parts availability.

 

What was your "Priority Number"? I ordered a 2022 F-350 Lariat Sept 30 and haven't heard a thing.
