I have a 99 250 powerstroke. The 4 hi or 4lo light dont come, I checked all fuses. Tried a different transfercase motor, do these dash switches go bad. Ive only seen the transfer motors go out.

 

Possible it's the mode switch.. Did you check for power distribution there? 30amp fuse #17 in the power distribution box as well? I can send you some schematics that may help you to prove the system at least for power distribution points before moving on.....
