?40/20/40 seat

?40/20/40 seat

HI
Just bought 1995 F350 Crew cab and I can't get the middle seat in the front to fold down to the arm rest position. Is there some kind of trick to this thing or do I need to get the tools out.

Isn't there a pull strap on the right side of the top cushion for release?
