Default 91 F250-Upgrading tires and wheels

I’ve recently inherited my father’s F250. Love the truck but I’d like to update the wheels and tires from the stock ones that are currently on it. I don’t want to lift the truck. My question is what’s the biggest tire size I would want to go without worrying about affecting the gear ratio and leading to added wear on the transmission. I’m hoping to get 18” wheels with a little offset and 32” tires that help fill up the wheel well.

Any advice is much appreciated.

I have a 95 and want to do the same, hopefully someone will give us info. I think it is a 6.5 bolt pattern.
