Default 99 f250 superduty 4 wheel drive issue

I just recently had my 4 wheel drive lubed up because it couldnt shift into and out of 4WD. The shifting is great now, however, when ever the 4wd is on and im turning theres ALOT of vibration. Is that just from not being used much? Or is there something else wrong?

ESOF (Electronic Shift on the Fly) or Manual 4x4?? With the 4x4 locked, you will/should feel some wheel hop if the surfaces are very hard packed, paved ect.. On slick, muddy, ice/snow ect it should drive out fairly normal.. Is more of a hop than a vib?

I switch in and out of 4wd manually with a stick.
