Default ABS Moduel Replaced

Hello,
New to the forum. I am looking to purchase a used 2014 F-250 XLT. It seems to have very low miles on it (17,704). However I noticed in its car facts history that it had it's ABS Module replaced. I am looking into advice on whether or not this is a good or bad sign about this truck? I don't want to purchase something that will end up having problems (especially if one has already happened). Any thoughts on this would be great! Thanks!

Justin

Welcome to the site...

I wouldn't be overly concerned about an ABS repair. One thing you might consider is having an Oasis Report done from your local Ford Service Dept. It will show any repair/ recall work done while under warranty. Done off the VIN, generally registered owner, but if your buying from the owner, or a dealer shouldn't be an issue.

Default Thank you

Thanks for the reply, I will ask the dealer if they can do this! I am assuming with a Ford with that low of miles that this thing should last a long time!
