I have a 2014 Platinum and am trying to remove the driver side door panel Arm Rest. It is all cracked up and rough on your arm. A local shop will recover it for me. I have found several video's on removing the door panel but nothing on the arm rest. Any and all info will be appreciated.

 

A picture would help, but many have little plugs that are carefully removed with a small screwdriver and access is now available to remove the screw(s) and slide the grab handle back and remove the armrest. Installation is the reverse of removal..

There are upholstery removal tools that make removing the panel easier and sometimes a small putty knife will work to pry back the plastic panel retainers.. Once removed just lift the panel off the door and never hurts to list your steps so installation can be easier and COMPLETE. Leaving out a step can make doing the job over again an unnecessary PITA..
