Default A/C Evap box

I am doing a Cummins swap into my 2003 F250 this summer, in order to fit the stock turbo I have to buy a modified (for the 01 Cummins) exhaust manifold in order to move the turbo back one cylinder and down. I also have to basically delete the wastegate. Because of this I really have no options for upgraded turbos, not sure how an exhaust brake would fit, etc.

What I am wondering is if it is possible to relocate the A/C evap box, because that is what is in the way of the current turbo position, which I want to keep. I was thinking of moving the batteries down on the frame rail, along with anything else that I didn't want in the engine compartment just to free up space, and don't think that would be the issue if I decided to move the box. Is there just hard line plumbing to and from the cab that can be custom made?
