Default Cab light but no brake lights

Hello! I have a 2004 f250 5.4L.
The taillights are not illuminating but the cab brake light works.
driving lights work(which is the same bulb for running and brake light)
I checked what I could find for relays and fuses.
no luck.
I replaced the brake control module.
also had a blinker out but found the relay under the stereo but did not help with brake lights.
wondering is possibly shift control module?
any help would be appreciated

you could rewire the rear brake lights from the cab brake light or from the brake light switch it's not that hard to do
