Default Check Engine Light.....

Just bought this F250 and noticed that it loves to drink gasoline (more than it should).

Also a couple symptoms are stumbling when I hit the gas hard, and hard starting when cold (a single pump of the accelerator helps).

The check engine light was on as well so I pulled a couple codes from the EEC-IV and they came up with these:

122 - TP sensor circuit below minimum voltage

542 - Fuel pump secondary circuit failure: PCM to ground

What is the best course of action to fix these issues? I was think possibly changing the TPS, but I don't want to chase the problem. I want to fix the problem.
