Default code p1131 and code p1151 coming up at same time

i have been getting 2 codes coming up at the same time and reason is unknown , read with code reader and one is lean on bank 1 , the other is lean on bank 2 , checked internet and have checked everything from leaking intake gasket , vaccuum leaks , fuel filter still getting the same codes , the only thing i can not find which is a possible cause is a misfire , don't know how to find that since there are no codes for misfire. could someone please help me in this problem

fuelt trim dtc will not set if misfires are occurring. Any fuel trim data is meaningless when the engine is misfiring, so the monitor will not run

I need to know what model year and engine are in this vehicle as different vehicles use different fuel metering methods.\=

report back the live fuel trim readngs at idle and at 2500 rpm

since both banks are lean things that could casue this are
low fuel pressure
bad maf
vacuum leak would only be lean at idle

providing this information will help isolate the problem.

without any tools to perform tests to rule things out...its guess work.
