Default Do I need a "Dual Battery"

Hi everyone,
I'm new to the forum. We're about to build an F350 Lariat 7.3L, 3.73 Electronic Locking Axle Ratio.
The main purpose for purchasing the F350 is because we would like to upgrade our TT to fifth-wheel.
My question is what the "dual battery" (Alternator – 397 Amp) used for?
Is that essential for us? (Just regular daily use between home and work and some fifth-wheel towing, no snow plowing or winch)
I tried to google it but not quite understand
We used to have F150. and I don't think we have that future and we're fine with that, so I'm not sure should we add it or not.
If it's not a must, I would prefer not to add it. I guess I can save some payload for my fifth-wheel, am I right?
Please help me! Very appreciated!!

Thanks

Generally dual battery set ups are for snow plows or seriouse offroad camping when running extra electronics.
