Default Does a spray-in bed invalidate my warranty?

I bought a 2017 F-250. The person who had it before me had had a really terrible spray-in liner put in. The dealership sold me an extended warranty that covers the same thing that the original warranty covered, but for a longer time. Just the other day, I saw a small crack in the bed of the truck. You could see the driveway through it. Does anyone know if having the spray-in bed invalidates the part of the warranty that would hopefully pay to get this fixed? If so, and I need to get it fixed myself, what would be the best way to do it? I'm afraid that getting another liner is just going to cover up the problem.

I use the truck to haul a trailer and rarely put anything heavy in the bed, but I'd like to be able to if needed. That crack there really worries me.
