Default Door Wiring Harness Broken wire

My passenger side window won't go up or down, and if it does go down I have to jump it at the motor to get it back up. I've traced the problem to the driver's side door wiring harness inside the boot in the jam. I have been able to unplug the wiring harness but can't get the boot back to look at the wires where the problem seems to be. Anyone know how to take the male part of the window harness apart so I can get to the wires or is there a way to jump it on the passenger side so at least the switch on that side will work the window? Tested the switches and they are good.

I should also mention that the reason I'm going to all this trouble is because the wiring harness I need is on backorder from Ford with no date in sight for when it will ship or be available.

This is the boot and the male end that I need to somehow take a part.
