DTC U 0306

I have a 2005 f-250 6.0 Diesel with a Hypertech and when I went out to start it up and it acted like the battery was dead. I pluged my programmer up and it gave me a codeu 0306.I found something that said that the software was not compatible withficm.If anyone could shed some light on this i would appreciate it.
