engine swap possibilities

I just recently purchased a 2000 f350 7.3 powerstroke that i cant get a title to....would it be possible(or worth it) to buy a 2004 f250 with a 5.4 gas motor and put the diesel motor in??

Sure its possible. I'd think you'd need to swap dashes, computers, trans, complete wiring harness, everything.
