Default F-250 7.3L

The problem i'm having is the coolant and transmission fluid are like a milky color. Would that be a problem with the radiator?

YES THAT IS THE ONLY PLACE I KNOW THAT TRANS FLUID AND COOLANT WOULD INTERMIX THAT MEANS NEW RADIATOR TRANS FLUSHED AND NEW FLUID AND FILTER

Sounds like a transfer leak in the trans cooler built into the radiator lower tank.. Here a pic showing the inlet/outlet lines to the cooler..
