I just bought a new F-250. The salesman did not know much about the tow package. There is a trailer brake control built in the lower dash board, I am wondering how I will know if it is compatible with my electric trailer brakes. We are towing a 27 foot Frontier Hyperlite travel trailer.

 

it should work really well for what you're towing. all I know is that it's designed for better control while going down hills and such.
