f250 front wheels shake bad when on a ruff road
when i drive on a ruff road my front wheels seem to go shake fast and my steering wheel shakes as well. so bad that i start to lose control of the truck this fixes by pressing the brake or steering harder to the left or right. potholessoom to make the problem worse. Dealer said it was my sterring dampner but that did not fix it. it started at 50,000 miles and now iam at 75,000 miles and steel dealing with this. since i got larger tires it has gotten even worse. I dont want to have an accident over this so iam hoping some one knows what it is. I see lots of posting for this issue but they are old with no real fix.
Anyone out there know what i can look into? cause even the dealer is clueless!

Did you put a lift kit on your truck? If so, did you have the front end aligned after the lift was installed? How are your front tires wearing, are they wearing evenly?

Man i am having the same trouble. i just bought a f250 with a factory 4" suspension lift. When i hit a bump the front right tire starts shaking so bad i almost loose control. I had to front stabilizer shock replaced to but still didnt fix the problem. Have you figured out a solution yet?
