hi, im looking at getting a ford diesel. just thinking of opinions of the different years. i was thinking of something like a 01, but i really dont like the headlights, is it possible to change them with the newer ones. they look nearly the same. thanks

99-03would all be a good choice.. The 7.3 is a solid contender..

The newer headlights can be added, but the header panel behind the lights has to be changed as well..The headlight connectors too..There are also direct fit aftermaket projector/euro styleunits ect.
