Default Gas Tank Problem

Hi, I own a 1990 Ford F-250 and I just recently started having a problem with one of my gas tanks. Since I have owned this truck I believed there was a small clog in the rear tank. Every time I switch to try to use the rear tank the truck stalls out immeidetely, with gas in it. That problem has happened since the beginning. Any ideas why??? The newest problem is thatgas is now constantly overflowing from the top, out of the spout of that same tank!. I know that I have never filled up that tank anywhere near fullto make it overflow. This usually happens when I start thetruck, now somegas seems to be coming out even when sitting.I don't know if it's a bad clog in the tank, if someone completely overfilled the tank on me, or if there is some type of problem that is causing pressure to build up which is causing overflow??? Please Help ASAP !!!!!
