Default Gem module

We purchased low mileage 99 F250 7.3 from auction last year, in transit the hauler was in an accident. The truck, still anchored with 2 other cars on the trailer, received left Qpanel and doors damage, plus left side spent 4-5 hrs under water in a hwy drainage ditch. Truck was salvaged, purchased, put back together, retitled and has been strong as an ox this past year, except...something is frying my Gem module. All other electric systems work on the truck, but my interior power ( windows, locks, mirror...) New module installed and programmed at dealer lasted 2 days. Any ideas out there? My gut says water induced gremlin I may never correct. Thanks!

FYI
There were multiple problems with GEM modules caused by moisture intrusion from leaking windshields.
Was a common problem right from the factory for a few years with certain models.

Might be a good idea to investigate for windshield leaking and corroding the entire area under the driver's side dash by parking brake assy.
