Unhappy hard start 7.3 2000

alright guys need your help my truck has brand new batteries and brand new alternator brand new glow plugs and relay brand new ipr valve and brand new cam sensor still no help my trucks takes about 15 cranks and some times start most time have to to get it to start with starter fluid in mornings please help fuel filter oil change every 4000 miles need help any suggestions to do I'm thinking fuel let me know what yall think

seems to be starting up quite well once I redone the battery connection let you guys no tomorrow how it does in the morning

The 7.3 has a minimum cranking speed for the start. If it's not met, no fuel drop.. Same with HPOP, unless the minimum 500 psi is met during crank, a no go... CMP signal needs to present as well..
