Default hard starting problem 06 f250 turbo diesel

cold start is very difficult. have to let it warm up 10-15 minutes until it reaches operating temperature. last couple days it is taking longer to start. is there some module that may have failed. i have been told it is an injector problem. i have replaced oil, oil filter, diesel filters.
