K&N question
Hello,
I am thinking about adding a K&N cold air intake and super chip to a 1997 Ford F-250 light duty. Just wondering how much it will improve the the MPG and if its worth the 500.00 to put it in. Do any online dealers sell it cheaper than autopartswarehouse.com. Cold air intake 251.00, superchip 230.00. Thanks for any information.

Got a 2004 F-250 6.0 with the K&N air filter and a Edge chip, which works really well, except that I get like 13.5 mpg in town at best. Still not sure if those two have anything to do with it, but I know I was getting 15-16 before the chip. So, take it for what it's worth.
