I have a 2019 F350 gasser that seems to have a very long crank. Sometimes i even have to turn key off and turn ignition again to crank and even then it seems engine is starving for fuel until I hit accelerator. Am I looking at fuel pump issue?

 

My 2019 F250 gas acts the same way but not all the time. I think I need to run the engine harder and not baby it. The Ford dealer said everything looked ok. I thought it was a cold weather thing but it does it now in the 80's
