Loss of power while driving
Hello, my f250 with a 7.3 is losing power after I reach 60 mph, then it drops dramatically in power will only go 25-20 mph and almost stalls. I had 3 codes p1280,p1670, p0470 and truck barely idled. I replaced icp sensor, uvc harness and valve cover gasket. I'm taking off ebp sensor and tube today and cleaning and inspecting for clogs or leaks in tube. Had live diagnostics ran on it also, everything showed good. Definitely can use help at this point. Trying to keep her out the mechanic shop.

1280 and 1670 doesnt follow a fuel depleation situation although exhaust pressure possibly', and generally if a low flow/pressure wont affect idle conditions. A severe enough fuel delivery issue that would affect idle, doubt the truck could make freeway speeds. When the screens restrict it usually will result in a 'flat throttle' most times mid range and higher and will quickly straighten out when some or all of the throttle angle is removed. Most noted at highway speeds or pulling steep/longer grades as the demand for fuel increases. A pressure tester installed and monitored during an event will prove out fuel delivery concerns. The micro filters are a common fail, but a simple pressure test may be of benefit before a tank drop.
ICP, PCM/IDM and EBP
Replaced ICP,, were any of the connectors unplugged for testing/ checks for leaking etc with ignition ON? Or are theses now retest codes? Codes should be addressed in the order they were stored, (if you listed them as reported) but it could be a harness/connector issue so some inspection there w/without DVOM, wiggle test etc. Or could be components themselves. What were the IPR/IPC values at idle when running rough?. Improve with a IPC disconnect? PCM/IDM dropout or intermittent could certainly cause misfire, idle, and running concerns.
Not sure how the live data would be all good if IPC is off, comm between the PCM/IDM is in question, and EBP is off spec..
