Default Lowering Back of F350

I have a 2016 F350 and it has a large rake on rear of pickup, looking under the rear axel I see a one inch block and on top of the axel and then a three inch block on the top of that.
I would like to take the three inch block out to get rid of the rake of the pickup so it would sit level.
gone to all the shops in town and they all know how to get them higher but they are not sure on lowering them.
not sure why Ford put them in like that.
we do haul a travel trailer but does not set it down much and we also run easy lift hitch.
I like to know if I remove the three inch block will that miss up anything with drive line gearbox?
Looks to me it would just lower pickup box.
