Default Making one, out of two

Oh, k. I have a 65 f100, and a 73 f250 highboy. I want to take the body off 73 and cut the frame and put the 65 body on it. Has anyone had any experience in doing this?. Any thoughts?

Thumbs up

Welcome to the site..

Can't help on the conversion, but it would be a sizable job. Both long beds, wheel bases? All the cab and bed mounts, would need to be re engineered/ fab as a start. Wiring, column, braking and misc connections to name a few. We used to convert pickups from gas to Perkins and Detroit diesel back in the mid 70's ish. Certainly doable, just time, resources available, and of course cash.
