My truck making a noise

I have a problem with my F250 truck. It makes a grinding noise up front at around 70 mph. The noise goes away when climbing a hill. Only hear it at that speed or higher. Also my 4x4 won't lock in now. Thanks in advance for any help.

F250 making noise

It's a 2005 F250 4x4 . It has a 9 inch lift on 37 Nittos. Engine is a V10. Thanks
