Default Need this fitting

We are replacing the water pump on our 1988 f350 Lariat w/460 gas engine. the old water pump has this fitting if some one can give us an idea of a part number or at least exactly what it is called (have tried water pump inlet tube, water pump fitting, water pump inlet fitting) and I cannot find one exactly like it... similar... but not "IT" Any help would be appreciated..

You could just pick up a shorter “pipe thread to hose fitting” and use a ‘T’ fitting inline. Not sure if it’s still available, but we always called them water pump heater outlet, or just heater outlet..
