It is important to know if you or someone else is doing the work.
I would be reasonably sure if you did what was suggested, but when it comes to someone else , we don't know if they did what they say or are just telling us they did, .
Hope you get my point.
We learn these things the hard way and that makes it next to impossible to know exactly what is going on.

When someone needs help, but doesn't take time answer specific questions, then I am done.

Eventually you will get it by changing parts.

Yes to answer this question the truck has two batteries and they're fully charged one is brand new batteries we're not cross I just assumed they were when they were checked everything was fine but what did happen is that engine overheated because the oil coolant failed and the radiator got clogged and it got extremely overheated I suspect some connections or internal sensor is failing because I don't get a response even manually shift also because after an hour gauges are back to normal and truck is driving fine

To me it sounds PCM related, or the harness from the PCM to the cluster. Disconnect and re-seat the harness at the PCM. Check for bent pins in the process. Can you get your hands on a used PCM that is known to work? Can you monitor the v-reference voltage (5V circuit)?
