Default No bottom end

I have a 2006 F350 Super Duty. Just had the engine rebuilt and bullet proofed, new turbo, new oil cooler, new radiator, and new torque converter. I still have no bottom end torque. The motor is strong as an ox now and when I get to about 2,000 RPMs she goes like a kid drinking a mountain dew, but from a stop I have a hard time getting past the stall speed when I have a load on the truck. I hooked it to a scan tool and the problem is I need a real time reading on the transmission and I am not sure what the solenoid readings are supposed to be. Anyone have any suggestions for me?
