no lumbar or cruise control

RE: no lumbar or cruise control
i believe that the lumbar motor is under the seat, try and hit it with a hammer while pushing the button and it may jump start the motor again, and there is a cruise deactivation behind the brake pedal pull it off, then drive it while holding down the switch, activate the cruise and see if it works, if it does replace the switch. it gets kind of tricky holding the switch while driving and activating cruise so do it somewhere that there isn't a lot of trafic

RE: no lumbar or cruise control
alright then if you have a test light connect it to ground disconnect the connector going to the lumbar motor turn the key to the on position and hold down the switch for the lumber, touch the test light to the leads if one lights up the test light that means that it is gitting power and you need a new motor if it doesn't light up than you have a switch or wiring problem. if you don't have a test light i suggest you buy one they are onlyabout $10-15 at any auto parts store and they are really handy when diaging any electrical problems
