2018 F250 XL with no sound from radio regardless of input. I've tried AM/FM, CD, and Alexa Auto but cannot get any sound output. This is a base model work truck with the old style analog radio/dash; no touch screen and it does not have any bluetooth capabilities. I've checked all fuses that relate to the radio or speakers but they are ok. I haven't torn the dash out to check connections on the radio as it is a state owned work truck so I don't want to dig too far into this myself. Work is saying go to a ford dealer but thought I'd check to see if there were an easy solution before I submit myself to the misery of a dealership service department.

 

After checking fuses the next step would be to take radio out and check for voltage at connectors.
Sounds like your going to the dealer.
