Mine ended up being luckily the seat warmer! It showed itself one morning after I got another new battery. It was just barely on, so I took a chance and pulled the fuse, no problem since for months there’s so many fuses in these things. It’s a pain in the butt to keep pulling fuses. Good luck.

Default Pulled the seat heater fuse

Voila! Put another new battery in as mechanic said “bad cell” week later… slow start just happened to look down at the seat heater “roller wheel”? It was almost to 1 pulled fuse!!No more drains! Pain the the butt. Mine is 2014 ford escape, my 2000 f250 7.3 had since new never had a problem! These new ones are like driving a computer a windows computer! Sorry I just had surgery off here for me. Good luck!
