Default Part question

Hello everyone!!!
Yes, I'm a newbie. But a long time lover of Fords. I had a F-350 diesel super duty a year ago. Just found this part in storage. Yes it is for the f-350. Does anyone have a clue what it is called?
Thanks in advance!!!

Part number: HC3Z-6F073-B
Looks like an incomplete intercooler (cold side) charge pipe.

1) Here says hot side (from turbo outlet to intercooler) appears to be incorrect.

2) swag sells the hot side and combo.
Compare the hot side and combo you can see yours is the "cold side" partially, which makes sense when you can see the sensor plug on it.
