Default problems installing predator air fury

Has any one had any problems or issues installing the Predator AIRFRY Cold Air Maximizer (Part# 3031 i think)? There are several products on the market that might go by a different name, but they're basically all the same. It's the thing that goes behind the grille and allows more air into the air box. I know you have to take the grille off, trace the template, then cut out that section, then screw in the device (basically a plastic screen). The instructionssay there might have to be additional trimming on 2006 models. Has any one had to do any thing different than exactly what the instructions say? Had any issues w/ this type of product? Any advice on what might make the installgo easier? Thanks in advance. Check my other post for another question you mightknow the answer to.
