Default Question about a 93 F250

Hey guys I just inherited a 1993 Ford F-250 XLT. My question is about the location of the oil filter. Right now it is located under the driver side wheel well rather than connected to the engine. Is that how these trucks came stock or was it moved due to the truck being used for plowing?
I am asking because I would like to get rid of the plow set up.
Thanks in advance.

most liikely this is some kind of remote oil filter mount or possibly has an oil cooler integrated into the eng. oil system to cool it. I would believe either, since the filter was such a pain to get at in these trucks!

Default 1993 ford f250 front fuel tank wire

Hi I have a 1993 ford f250 460 7.5l v8. My front tank won't register the fuel in it just says empty but in the engine bay I followed the yellow wire leading from the control unit it has a circular end on it like a ground but it is disconnected I'm wondering if it is to the fuel tank and where does it connect to does it go under a negative pin on the battery?
