Default Radiator hose leak

Walked out to my truck this morning and found a small puddle under my truck. The top radiator hose is dripping at the connection point of the radiator. Not sure if just a bad seal or a crack in the nipple of the radiator opening.
Has anyone else had this issue or know how to change it? It appears some metal clip just needs to be pulled and perhaps it slides right off.
I have a camping trip this coming Wednesday morning and need to get this fixed asap. Any help is much appreciated.

All we know is you have a nameless truck having an engine with no name. You will have to be more specific. From what you described, it could very well be a cracked radiator tank at the fitting just from what I see with those wet spots.
