Radiator spits out water

Default Radiator spits out water
When I drive my 1975 f250 it doesn’t get hot but after I get home and park it. the radiator spits out water like it’s throwing up. Any suggestions

Where does the temp run on the gauge?

If you are not running hot enough for a boil over, I would be investigating a possible head gasket issue.
