Default replacment OEM stereo

hello all. I have a 2000 ford f-450 V-10 single cab with a nine foot flatbed. I know I am in the 250 and 350 section but couldn't find the 450 and 550 section. anyway. my truck is bone stock as far as options go. only factory option it has is A/C. I want to upgrade the radio from straight radio to a factory radio with cd. will any ford oem cd player from that body style work or am I stuck with putting in an aftermarket stereo. with it being bone stock it just has the two speaker setup. also can anyone tell me where the blower motor resister is located. I only have high fan speed so I suspect the resister is bad. thanks.

It will be easiest to put in an aftermarket stereo. It is likely that the stereo you're looking for is obsolete and you would have to buy a used unit.
