Default should i part out

Just looking for others opinion's. I trade a motorcycle for a 05 ford f250 superduty 5.4. I was replacing the plugs and it broke off in the head. When I pulled the motor I seen the timing chain was bad, their is some ware form this. The cab is in 7/10 shape but the bed is rotted out. Its has 200,000 miles, it was a truck that did a lot of towing. The machine shop says 168 per head witch is not bad lower end is 300 for new rings and bearings. That's if they have not problems. The truck ran OK lacked power hint why I was doing plugs. Dont know if I should have the shopped rebuilt that hole thing switch is about 3grand or just do the head and bearing or should I part it out. I'm in this for about 3500.

I would scrap that engine. If you can get a decent engine from a boneyard and install it yourself, might be worth the effort. If you have to pay someone, scrap everything out. The bed being rusted out means the underside could be also badly rusted up.
I hope the motorcycle wasn't a real good one.
